'AmberWillowMeadow' started with one simple vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Rome. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our pizza place began as a quaint, family-owned shop featuring recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza creation while exploring Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. When she returned to the UK, she vowed to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to classic processes and only the best ingredients.
Our journey started with a modest establishment that seated just 12, and has since become a cherished community fixture, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains unchanged. We continue to employ classic wood-fired oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and choose only top-quality ingredients.
Today, 'AmberWillowMeadow' is still in the hands of the Bianchi family, with the next generation now at the helm of our zealous team. Although we've adopted some contemporary advancements, the core of our business remains: making savory, genuine pizzas that unite people.
